This form must be filled in completely. We cannot process your order if no agreement is given for direct debit;
We would like to receive your order before June 1st. After June 1st your order will not be processed, but you can use the assortment presented at the exhibition. Drinks can be ordered daily by telephone or e-mail for the next day;
All prices mentioned are excluded from VAT;
After TKD all orders will be debited by direct debit;
After TKD Willem de Boer Food & Events will send the invoice with VAT specification by e-mail;
Administrative costs of € 12,50 (excl. VAT) will be charged per exhibitor;
The lunch boxes and sandwiches will be delivered at your stand between 10am and 12am;
The cold drinks will be delivered at your stand between 7am and 9am;
The ordered drinks will not be taken back after TKD;
If you placed your order using this form, extra orders of drinks will also be added and will be debited by direct debit after TKD;
The proceeds of the plastic bottles and cans will be donated to charity. We ask for your cooperation by gathering the empty plastic bottles and cans separately from other waste. Bags will be provided;
